Najwa Assilmi
Co-Founder & CEO
Spent 2018 to 2024 in product at Kredivo Group, moving from product analyst to Head of Product for the client app — six years of deciding what to build from data rather than from the loudest opinion in the room. Joined Antler as an Entrepreneur in Residence in early 2025 and started Intura the same year. Holds a master's in International Business and Emerging Markets from the University of Edinburgh and a management degree from Institut Teknologi Bandung. At Intura she leads strategy, research, and market positioning.
Muhammad Ramadiansyah
Co-Founder & CTO
Eight years building machine learning systems in fintech and e-commerce — senior ML engineer at Kredivo Group, AI development at Bhinneka.com, AI engineering at Accenture — and teaching the subject for most of that time, as a data science lecturer at Purwadhika and an instructor at Rakamin Academy, IYKRA, JakartaLabs, Evolve Machine Learners, and Hacktiv8. Holds a master's in computer science from Universitas Indonesia. At Intura he builds the systems behind the AI visibility tracking and research, and leads the training pillar.
