Corporate training: AI engineering

Corporate training in AI engineering: machine learning fundamentals, building with LLMs and agents, and deploying small models, taught hands-on by the engineers who build Intura’s models. On-site or remote, in Indonesian or English.

Education

The challenge brands face

Hiring for AI skills is slow, and a team that does not understand the tools either avoids them or trusts them too much. Teams are told to use AI without the grounding to judge when a large model is the right tool, when a small one is, and when neither is.

Generic courses teach generic examples, and the step from a tutorial to your own systems and data is where most teams stall.

Why this matters now

Every AI proposal your team receives is a choice between a large model, a small one and neither. Engineers who can make that call themselves save the cost of getting it wrong.

Education

Our approach

  1. 1

    Machine learning fundamentals

How models learn, how to evaluate them, and how to choose between machine learning, a small model and an LLM.

  2. 2

    Build with LLMs and agents

Prompting, tools, retrieval and guardrails in front of a model, built and run by the participants.

  3. 3

    Deploy small models

Fine-tuning, compressing and serving a small model on a CPU or an edge device, where your data already lives.

Education

What you receive

  • A curriculum written for your team and your use cases
  • Notebooks and code your engineers run themselves, on your data where possible
  • The free courses on this site, for practice after the sessions
  • Live sessions, on-site or remote, in Indonesian or English
  • Exercises and materials your team keeps, built on your own work where possible
  • A written summary of what was covered and suggested next steps

Education

How we prove progress

Every engagement is measured against numbers you can check yourself.

  • The skills agreed on the first call, checked at the end of the sessions
  • Exercises completed on your own material, reviewed together
  • Materials and workflows the team keeps using afterwards

Education

Who this is designed for

  • Engineering teams starting to build with LLMs and agents

  • Data teams who want to train and deploy small models of their own

  • Product owners and managers who need to judge AI proposals rather than write them

Education

What to expect

Outcome

Engineers who can judge an AI proposal, build with LLMs and agents, and train and deploy a small model of their own.

An honest timeline

A workshop on one topic, or a programme of several sessions: the format, the number of sessions and the dates are agreed after the first call. We ask for any material or data access about a week ahead, so the exercises use your own work.

Questions: Corporate training: AI engineering

How does this relate to the free courses?

The free courses on this site are the self-paced base. Corporate training adds a live instructor, a curriculum chosen for your team, exercises on your data, and topics the courses do not cover yet, such as building with LLMs and agents and deploying small models.

On-site or remote?

Either. On-site suits hands-on workshops in one office; remote suits teams spread across several. Both are taught live, in Indonesian or English.

Can the exercises use our data safely?

Yes, where you can share it. We can work from an anonymised sample, or run the exercises inside your environment so the data never leaves it.

How long is the training, and what does it cost?

It depends on who attends and what they should be able to do afterwards. After the first call we send a written proposal with the format, the number of sessions, the dates and the price.
