Product Terms

These terms set out what you may do with each kind of product sold on intura.co, and the risks you take on with some of them. They form part of the Terms of Service. Read the section for the product you are buying or downloading: in particular, read section 4 before you use an extension that collects data from Threads.

1.Scope

These Product Terms apply to every product you buy, claim or download from intura.co. Terms defined in the Terms of Service have the same meaning here. Where these Product Terms and the Terms of Service conflict about a product, these Product Terms prevail for that product.

A licence below is granted when your purchase or claim is complete and lasts as long as you own the product. It ends if ownership ends, for example after a full refund or if we close your account for a breach.

2.Models

Our models are small fine-tuned models, delivered as files (int8 ONNX) that you download from your library or with a download key and run on your own infrastructure. Your purchase gives you a licence to the model; it does not sell you the model.

Intura grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide licence to:

  • download, install and run the model on infrastructure you control;
  • build the model into your own products and services, including commercial ones, and use its outputs in them.

You may not:

  • sell, resell, sublicense, rent, lend, share, redistribute or publish the model's weights or files, alone or as part of a collection, including in a public repository or model hub;
  • offer the model, or a model derived from it by fine-tuning, distillation or conversion, as a model, dataset or model-serving product of its own that competes with ours;
  • give third parties direct access to the files, or a service whose main purpose is to pass the model's outputs through to them;
  • reverse engineer the model, or attempt to extract or reconstruct its training data, labels or weights from the files or by systematic querying.

Shipping the model inside your own application to your end users is allowed when it is not readily extractable and the application does far more than expose the model.

Our models are fine-tuned from openly licensed base models, such as IndoBERT (indobenchmark, MIT licence) and DistilBERT multilingual (distilbert-base-multilingual-cased, Apache 2.0 licence). Third-party components remain under their own licences, and you must keep any notices they require. Our licence covers our fine-tuned weights, labels, thresholds and packaging.

Outputs are probabilistic and can be wrong. We give no guarantee of accuracy for your data. Test a model on your own data before relying on it, and do not use an output as the sole basis for a legal, financial, medical, employment or similarly significant decision about a person.

The intura-ai Python SDK is open-source software published under the MIT licence, which governs the SDK itself. The models it downloads remain licensed under this section.

3.Chrome extensions

Our extensions are delivered as a .zip file from your library and installed in Chrome in developer mode (unpacked); they are not distributed through the Chrome Web Store. Your purchase gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the extension on browsers you use, for yourself or within your own organisation. You may not resell, redistribute, publish or repackage it, or remove its notices.

Extensions run on your device. The models they use ship inside the extension, and what you analyse stays in your browser's storage unless you export it. You can remove the extension, and its stored data, at any time from Chrome.

An unpacked extension does not update itself: a new version is published in your library, and you install it the same way. Each extension asks Chrome only for the permissions it lists on its product page; review them before installing.

Websites change. We do not guarantee that an extension will keep working when a website or Chrome changes, and we may stop supporting a platform an extension reads.

4.Extensions that collect data from third-party platforms (KOL Analytics, Social Media Keyword Analytics)

Some extensions, today KOL Analytics and Social Media Keyword Analytics, collect posts and profile data from a third-party platform, today Threads. Please read this section carefully before you use them. In plain language:

  • They work inside your own browser and your own logged-in Threads account. They open and scroll Threads profiles or search results in your tab and read the data Threads itself loads for you.
  • Automated collection of data may breach Meta's or Threads' terms of use. Threads may respond by limiting your account, asking you to verify it, suspending it or banning it permanently. You use these extensions at your own risk, and you accept that risk.
  • Intura is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Meta Platforms or Threads. Threads and Meta are trademarks of their owners.
  • What you collect can contain personal data about other people. For that data you are the controller: you decide why and how it is processed, and you are responsible for having a lawful basis and for complying with the laws that apply, including Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27 Tahun 2022), the GDPR where it applies, the platform's terms and copyright.
  • Use the extensions only for lawful purposes, such as market and audience research. Do not use them to harass, stalk or profile private individuals, and do not sell, share or publish the personal data you collect.
  • The data stays on your device. Intura does not receive the posts, profiles or results you collect.
  • A change on Threads can break an extension at any time. We will try to fix it, but we do not guarantee that we can or how soon.
  • Intura is not liable for the loss of, or restrictions on, your Threads or Meta account, for lost data, or for claims by the platform or by third parties arising from your use. You indemnify Intura against such claims, as set out in the Terms of Service.

5.PII Mask

PII Mask detects and masks personal data in text and files on your device. Detection is best effort: it combines a model with patterns and will not find every name, number or other identifier, particularly in languages or formats it does not support. Review the masked output before you share it, and do not rely on PII Mask as your only safeguard for sensitive data.

6.Prompt templates

A prompt template gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the template's text yourself and within your own organisation, including for commercial work, and to adapt it. You own what you produce with it, subject to the terms of the AI service you run it on.

You may not resell, publish, share or redistribute the template text, or substantially similar text, alone or as part of another collection of prompts.

7.Courses

A course gives you personal, non-transferable access to its lessons through your account for as long as we offer the course. Do not share your access, or download, record, copy or republish lessons, except where a lesson is offered as a download.

8.Free offers, claims and early-bird spots

  • A claim at $0 is a purchase under the Terms of Service and these Product Terms, with the same licence and the same rules as a paid one.
  • Free offers and early-bird prices can end or change at any time, without notice. Early-bird spots are limited and are given first come, first served; the price shown at checkout is the one that applies.
  • A product you have claimed stays in your library when the offer ends.
  • One claim per person. If we reasonably believe an offer is being abused, for example through multiple accounts, we may cancel the claims and remove the products.

9.Enterprise work

Custom models, integrations, custom software and corporate training are agreed in a separate written agreement. That agreement prevails over these Product Terms and the Terms of Service for the work it covers.

10.Changes to these Product Terms

We may update these Product Terms, for example when we add a product type or a platform. The new version is published here with a new date, and you will be asked to accept it at your next checkout, claim or download that requires acceptance. Download keys you already hold keep working after a change.
