Cookie Policy

This policy explains the cookies and browser storage used by the intura.co website, what each is for, and how to control them. We use few of them: the ones that keep you signed in and remember your preferences, which are always on, and analytics, which run only if you accept them.

1.Cookies and browser storage

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Local storage and session storage are similar browser features that keep data on your device. This policy covers all three, and uses cookies to mean any of them. It should be read with the Privacy Policy.

2.Strictly necessary

These are needed for the Service to work and cannot be switched off without breaking it.

  • Sign-in: when you sign in, our API sets three first-party cookies — intura_session (keeps you signed in for a few minutes at a time), intura_refresh (renews that session; sent only to our sign-in endpoints) and intura_csrf (protects your account from forged requests). The first two cannot be read by any script on the page. All three are removed when you sign out. In production their names carry the __Host- or __Secure- prefix.
  • Google Sign-In: if you choose to sign in with Google, Google may set its own cookies under its own policies.
  • Bot check on forms: the sign-in, enquiry and feedback forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a request comes from a person. Cloudflare may process technical signals from your browser and set its own storage for this, under its own policies.
  • Checkout: payment pages are served by Airwallex (cards) and Xendit (QRIS, virtual accounts and e-wallets), which may set their own cookies under their own policies.
  • Cookie choice: a cookie named intura_consent remembers whether you accepted or rejected analytics cookies, for 12 months.
  • Country: a cookie named country holds the two-letter country our network provider (Cloudflare) places your connection in, for 30 days. It is used only to offer visitors in Indonesia the rupiah prices on the Indonesian site; it identifies no one.

3.Preferences

  • Language: a cookie named NEXT_LOCALE remembers whether you chose English or Bahasa Indonesia for the current browsing session.
  • Theme: your light or dark theme choice is kept in local storage.
  • Cart and prompts: a signed-out cart, and that you closed the rupiah-prices prompt, are kept in local storage.

4.Analytics

Analytics runs only if you choose Accept in the cookie banner. Until you choose, and if you choose Reject, no analytics cookie is set and nothing is sent to Amplitude.

  • Google Analytics 4 (Google): measures visits and traffic sources. It loads in Google Consent Mode: before you accept, it stores no cookie and sends only cookieless signals without an identifier; after you accept, it sets its _ga cookies. Google may process this data in the United States.
  • Amplitude: shows which pages are visited and which controls are used. After you accept, it stores a random device identifier in a first-party cookie and in local storage. Amplitude may process this data in the United States.

Analytics events never contain what you type — no email address, key, prompt or message.

5.Managing cookies

To change your choice at any time, use Cookie settings at the bottom of every page and choose Accept or Reject again. Rejecting stops analytics from then on; to remove analytics cookies already set, clear this site’s cookies in your browser.

You can also block or delete cookies and clear local storage in your browser’s settings. Blocking analytics, including with a tracking-protection or content-blocking extension, does not affect how the website works. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop you staying signed in. Signing out removes your sign-in cookies.

6.Changes to this policy

We will update this policy when we change the cookies we use, and publish the new version on this page with a new date.
