By accessing and using Intura services, operated by Intura Pte. Ltd. (Singapore) and PT. Kelinci Teknologi Kreatif (Indonesia), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Intura provides digital market intelligence services including social media analytics, sentiment analysis, keyword tracking, competitive benchmarking, and market research. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time with reasonable notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our services or systems.
All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Intura and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your brand data and content you provide.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for your business purposes. This license automatically terminates if you violate these Terms.
Service fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.
Intura shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the liability.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results from our analytics services. You acknowledge that data analytics is subject to market conditions and results may vary.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
