What this tool does
A salary negotiation prompt that helps you prepare for a job offer and then practise against a realistic AI recruiter. You give the role and company, the current offer, your target, your walk-away number, the market range you found, your leverage and the currency. Part one gives an assessment of your position, an anchor, target and walk-away with reasoning, an opening script, five things to negotiate beyond salary, and replies to "the budget is fixed", "that's above our range" and "we need an answer today". Part two is a roleplay where the recruiter pushes back at least twice; on "end" you get feedback and the number you likely could have reached. It never invents market salary data. Example: a Rp15,000,000 offer for a senior data analyst with a Rp18,000,000 target.
