What this tool does

An expense categorizer prompt that sorts a messy list of card or bank transactions into clean categories with totals, ready for bookkeeping or reimbursement. You paste the transactions, give your own categories or ask it to suggest six to ten, and state the purpose (personal, freelance taxes, company reimbursement). You get a categorized table with business or personal and a confidence level per row, totals by category with a grand total that matches, a needs-review list for unclear or duplicate charges, possibly deductible items to confirm, two spending patterns, and a CSV for Excel or Google Sheets. It never guesses an unclear row. Example: 25 October card transactions of a freelance designer reveal a duplicate software charge.
