Description

What this tool does

A market research prompt that gives a founder a one-page snapshot of a market before they spend time or money on an idea. You give the idea, the market or country and the customer type. You get a market-size estimate with the formula and every assumption shown, two customer personas, three to five trends, competitor types, the five biggest risks ranked, a Go, Test or No-go recommendation, five 30-day validation experiments each with a success metric, and the sources to check the numbers against. Every number is labelled as an estimate. Example: healthy meal-prep delivery for Jakarta office workers gets a "Test" verdict and a two-week pre-order pilot.
