Audit & Automation

AI Visibility

AI Visibility answers one crucial question: do AI assistants like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity actually know your brand? It is a project-based audit. You link a Knowledge Profile (what AI should know about you) and a Target Audience (who you want to reach), then Intura generates search prompts, runs them, and produces a scored report on how well AI knows you.

Creating a Project

How to Run an AI Visibility Audit in Intura | See If Your Brand Shows Up in AI
1

Open Audit > AI Visibility and click "New AI Visibility".

2

Name the project, pick a Knowledge Profile (your brand/subject guidelines) and a Target Audience (whose search behavior to mirror), and optionally add a description.

3

Click "Create & generate prompts". Intura crawls your profile's website, generates 30 prompts (10 per funnel stage), and auto-runs 6 of them (2 per stage). The other 24 are saved as pending and cost nothing until you run them.

Generation is asynchronous

Prompt generation typically takes a couple of minutes (the system crawls your website and writes prompts with AI). The project card shows 'Generating prompts…' and updates itself — you can leave and come back. Results then stream into the report as each prompt completes.

Funnel Stages

Prompts are grouped into three buying-journey stages, so you can see how AI visibility changes by search intent:

Discovery

Unbranded, problem-aware searches — does AI surface you when people don't know you yet?

Consideration

Comparison searches — how does AI place you against alternatives?

Decision

High-intent, often branded searches — does AI describe you accurately when buyers are ready?

Prompts speak in your audience's voice

The generated prompts are written from your audience's point of view. If one does not sound like something your customer would actually type into an AI tool, edit it or toggle it off before running the audit.

Reading the Report

Once prompts complete, the Report tab shows one headline score plus actionable breakdowns:

AI Knowledge Score

A 0–100 composite of how well AI knows your subject (coverage, accuracy, citation, and visibility).

Information Coverage

Which of your key facts AI covers, partially covers, or misses entirely.

Information Gaps

Missing facts ranked by importance, with the page where you should add each one.

Accuracy

Claims AI makes about you flagged as incorrect or outdated, with the correct value.

Citation Rate

How often your website is cited as the source — and which domains AI cites instead.

Brand Mentions & Share of Voice

Which brands, products, and competitors AI mentions, and your prominence versus them.

Gaps are your action list

Information Gaps are the most actionable output: prioritize the high-importance ones and add them to the pages listed under 'Expected source' (Homepage, Product page, About). The Next actions tab turns these into trackable tasks.

Prompts & Credits

In the Prompts tab you can run pending prompts, add your own custom prompts, toggle off problematic ones, or re-run any prompt. To keep costs predictable, only 6 prompts auto-run at creation.

Create a project (auto-runs 6 prompts)

Regenerate prompts

Run or re-run one prompt

Pending prompts (until you run them)

Your custom prompts are preserved when you regenerate — only the AI-written prompts are replaced. Regenerating periodically (e.g. after a website update) keeps the "truth set" current.
