Quick Start Guide

You can start monitoring social conversations in minutes. Follow these three steps to activate your Intura dashboard and start getting insights.

Log in to the Dashboard

Visit dashboard.intura.co and sign in using your Google account or registered email & password. New users can register directly from the login screen — the process takes only a few minutes.

Add Tracking Targets

From the tracking settings menu, add the social entities you want to monitor. There are three target types: social accounts (@username), hashtags (#hashtag), and keywords. You can add a combination of all three at once for comprehensive monitoring coverage.

Example: Add your brand's TikTok account (@yourbrand) + campaign hashtag (#YourCampaign) + a category keyword like "best moisturizer" for 360° coverage.

Explore Dashboard & Insights

Once targets are added, Intura begins populating your dashboard with data. Navigate to the three main modules:

Social SentimentMention volume, sentiment distribution, and keyword trends
Social ListeningAccount performance metrics and competitor benchmarking
Trend MonitoringTrending posts and rising creators in your niche

Data appears within 24 hours

After adding a new tracking target, initial data population may take up to 24 hours. Once populated, the dashboard refreshes on its regular cache cycle. Check back the next day if a new target shows no data yet.
