Cache & Performance

To keep the dashboard fast and responsive, Intura uses a layered caching mechanism. This means not every page visit triggers a fresh data fetch — some data is served from cache that is automatically refreshed on a schedule.

Dashboard Cache

Refreshes every 1 day

Core dashboard data — account metrics, sentiment summaries, and other overview data — is cached for up to 1 day. Cache refreshes automatically each day without any user action required.

AI Insight Cache

Refreshes every 1 hour

AI insight results are cached for up to 1 hour. This ensures fast response times when you open insight pages, while keeping insights fresh enough for timely decision-making.

Understanding Cache in Practice

If you open the dashboard at 9 AM and your colleague opens it at 10 AM, you may both see the same dashboard data until the next daily cache refresh. For AI insights, if you generate a new insight and immediately reload the page, you'll receive the cached version — not a brand new generation. This is by design to ensure speed and system stability. Wait for the 1-hour cycle or check back later for updated results.

If you see data that appears stale, wait according to the applicable cache interval, then reload the page. Data will update automatically on the next refresh cycle.
