Data & Privacy

Intura does not provide access to raw data from social platforms. All data you see on the dashboard has been curated, aggregated, and anonymized by our system before being displayed — as part of our commitment to comply with platform policies and applicable data privacy regulations.

Curated & Aggregated Data

Instead of displaying every raw comment or post, Intura presents aggregated insights — like sentiment distributions, keyword frequencies, and volume trends — that give you a meaningful picture without directly exposing individual data.

Masked Information

Information that could identify individual users — like specific usernames or profile details in the context of comments — is masked in Intura's data representations. This protects end-user privacy while still enabling meaningful trend and sentiment analysis.

What This Means for Your Analysis

When you look at sentiment analysis for a hashtag, you're seeing aggregated scores across thousands of posts — not a list of individual comments with usernames. When you view content performance for a tracked account, you see engagement metrics and trend data — not raw follower lists. This approach gives you actionable intelligence while respecting user privacy and platform guidelines. If you need raw data exports, that is not a capability Intura provides.
